Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your order, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

 

Return Period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to request a return.

The return shipment must be sent back within this 14-day window.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition, suitable for resale
  • Tags still attached
  • Returned with proof of shipment


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new purchase.

 

Refunds

If you choose a refund to your original payment method:

  • Returns are processed within 10 working days after arrival at our warehouse.
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
  • You will receive an email once your refund is issued.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately.

Our team will review your case and provide the best solution.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Underwear or intimate garments (including socks)
  • Perfumes without the original sealed packaging
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Returns sent after the 14-day window
  • Items returned worn, damaged, or without prior disclosure to our support team

Any item that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and not refunded.

 

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not cover customs duties, taxes, or import fees for returns.

Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking number.

Returns without tracking cannot be supported.

 

Processing Time

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, processing takes up to 10 working days.

You will receive an email once your refund has been completed.
